# Shipping & Returns

with your order number and we’ll help.

## Shipping

 * Orders ship within 3–5 business days of payment. Orders paid by bank transfer
   ship after the payment clears.
 * We ship to the United States only.
 * Shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
 * You’ll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

## Returns and exchanges

 * You can return or exchange apparel and accessories within 30 days of delivery.
 * Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached.
 * To start a return, email us your order number, the item and whether you want 
   a refund or a different size. We’ll reply with where to send it.
 * You pay return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong
   item.
 * Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after
   we receive the item.

## Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of
delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

## Event tickets

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If we cancel an 
event, you’ll get a full refund.

## DJ and event services

Deposits, cancellations and rescheduling for DJ bookings are covered by the agreement
you sign when you book.
